Refund policy

No refunds will be issued for wrong shipping address after 24 hours of ordering. 

Refunds for broken items will only be provided if you provide our team with unboxing video of the package you received. so we can ensure that items were not delivered properly and were broken due to mishandling or other reasons. No refunds will be issued unless you provide us with the unboxing video after receiving the package. You must send us video before 24 hours have elapsed from the package getting delivered to you.

No Refunds can be issued after 12 hours of placing order as we have already purchased these items by that time and sent it to our shipping agents for shipping. 

No returns can be accepted due to the nature of the products. please do your due diligence before making purchase and what you need as no returns would be accepted once your package has been delivered. all sales are final unless items you receive are broken or damaged only then you are eligible for refund.
